"I started with WorkLife just over a year ago. My husband was in the middle of chemotherapy treatment and I had found myself unhappy not only in my physical presence but also my emotional presence. I started going to the gym a few times a week and it quickly became clear that I had no idea what to do to actually change my physical presence. As a runner, cardio was the easy part but I also knew that to truly change your body your approach has to be well rounded and multi-faceted. So I decided to work with WorkLife who provided me, the best, personal trainer and we started working together 3 days/week. At first it was slow going but baby steps and actually start to see some progress. Week after week, he pushed me harder, made me focus on what I was doing and why I was there. Today, I can say that progress has been and continues to be made.  We work hard every week and my weekly training times are a bright spot that I look forward to throughout my week.From sign-up to services to the professional fitness team, WorkLife has been part of my life journey. "This is the program I never knew I needed. My wife and I started personal training together at the convenience of our condo associations fitness center. Sessions are one hour in length - starts with a warm up and then follows up with 45-50 mins of strength training, circuits, cardio, core, etc. Our trainer changes it up every single session and the workout playlist is also so good. I love it and our only regret is not joining sooner.
