How do I find a place to work out?

You have the flexibility to choose your workout location. Our trainers are mobile and can come to your preferred spot, whether it's your home, office, or condo gym, for convenient 60-minute training sessions! All the necessary equipment will be provided. Alternatively, if you prefer to go to a nearby gym or studio, we might have trainers available in those locations as well.

Do I have to bring my own equipment?

No, you don't need to bring any equipment. Our trainers will come fully equipped with everything necessary for your training sessions. However, if you already have a gym or personal equipment available, our trainers will gladly incorporate it into your workout routine for a more personalized experience.

What are the workout schedule options?

Our trainers are available seven days a week, from 5 AM to 11 PM, providing you with plenty of flexibility. It's important to note that each trainer may have varying availabilities. When we match you with a trainer, we ensure they are available during your preferred training times for a seamless workout experience!

How much space is required for the training?

You don't need a lot of space! Our trainers are skilled at working with any area, no matter how small it may be. They are highly experienced and can efficiently utilize the available space. They quickly adapt to maximize the surrounding environment, ensuring you get a productive workout regardless of the space constraints.

How can I enroll?

Enrolling is quick and easy! You have two options to get started: you can message us directly, or you can sign up on our website. Once you initiate the process, a member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to gather more information about your fitness goals and preferences. We'll then arrange a complimentary trial session for you to experience our training firsthand.

Session Preparation 

What should I do to get ready for my workouts?

To optimize your workout time, it's important to come dressed in your workout attire. Remember to bring a water bottle and stay well-hydrated throughout the training session. We also suggest having a light snack about two hours before your workout. If you have some extra time, consider doing a gentle warm-up or stretching session before starting the main workout!

Is there anything specific I should bring for the session?

Please ensure you have your cell phone with you so our trainers can contact you upon arrival. Additionally, we recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel. Don't forget to come dressed in your workout attire to make the most of your session.

Can I still train if I am injured?

The possibility of training while injured depends on the severity of your injury. We strongly advise informing your trainer about your injury before the session. They are well-equipped to assess your condition and determine whether you can safely participate in the training without risking further injury. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.

What is your process for screening trainers?

We maintain exceptionally high standards by subjecting all potential trainers to a rigorous four-stage vetting process. This process involves a thorough resume review, a comprehensive phone screening, an in-person or video interview, and a detailed documentation check. We prioritize recruiting educated, qualified, and personable professionals, recognizing the significance of building strong rapport. Moreover, even after recruitment, we continuously monitor trainer performance and client satisfaction to ensure our quality standards remain exceptional.

Does our trainers hold an insurance policy?

Our trainers are required to maintain a minimum of $1 million in insurance coverage, encompassing professional injury liability and property damage. We mandate that our trainers hold an annual liability policy for this purpose.

Payments & Pricing

Are Pay-As-You-Go sessions available?

We do not offer Pay-As-You-Go sessions for Personal Training. Our approach to Personal Training emphasizes commitment and dedication, as we believe it is essential for achieving significant and lasting results. If you seek sessions without long-term commitment, we suggest considering our fitness classes. However, if you desire genuine dedication and tangible outcomes, Personal Training is the ideal path to embark upon.

Session Expiry

Yes, sessions do expire, but you have a generous 12-month period from the date of purchase. Our primary goal is to help you achieve your desired results, and consistency in training plays a vital role in attaining those goals. While we provide ample time for you to complete all your sessions, the expiry policy serves as a motivational factor to encourage you to make the most of your training journey. So, seize the opportunity and embark on your training sessions to unlock your full potential!

What is the payment process for a session?

You have the option to pay for your selected package in full or choose to spread the payments over the duration of your training. After you decide on the package that suits you best, we will request the details of your preferred credit card to initiate the payment process and get you started on your fitness journey.

Does the Package Renew Automatically?

Absolutely not! Our subscription model is different from others. We don't believe in automatically charging you without your consent. Once your package is fulfilled, there won't be any additional charges until you personally choose to renew. Your satisfaction and control over your subscription experience are our priorities.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

To cancel a scheduled session, simply inform your trainer at least 12 hours before the designated start time. By providing this notice, no session credits will be deducted from your plan. However, in case you cancel within the 12-hour window, your trainer may opt to charge you for the session.

What if my trainer cancels?
In the event of a trainer cancellation, we enforce strict policies to address such situations. If you encounter any problems related to trainer cancellations, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@worklifewellness.com. Rest assured, we will promptly handle the matter and ensure a resolution to your satisfaction. Your feedback matters, and we are committed to providing you with the best fitness experience possible.

Cancellation of Trainer Commitment

If you wish to switch to a new trainer, we completely understand and respect your decision. Please inform us by sending an email to info@worklifewellness.com. Our operations team will promptly handle your request, ensuring a seamless transition to your new trainer without any gaps in your scheduled sessions.

Referrals

Need to cancel a scheduled session?

No worries! Cancelling a session is easy. Just inform your trainer at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time, and you're all set. By providing more than 12 hours' notice, you won't lose any session credits from your plan. However, if you cancel within 12 hours, your trainer might charge you for the session. So, be sure to keep them informed in advance!

Referring a Friend

Referring a friend is a breeze! Just send us an email indicating that you've referred someone who is interested in signing up, or have your friend mention your name during their signup process. Once their account is set up, we'll shoot you an email to let you know about the additional sessions added to your account. Sharing the love has never been so rewarding! Do Free Sessions Expire?

No need to worry about expiration dates! Our free sessions are designed to last indefinitely. Once you receive a free session, it will be automatically credited to your account and will remain there until you decide to utilize it.
